Who We Are

We provide a full range of employment services for unemployed adults generally as well as underrepresented groups including persons with disabilities, young adults at risk, and older workers under Contracts with the Province of British Columbia and WorkSafe BC in the Fraser Valley Regional District and the South Okanagan Region.

Why We Are Involved

This is a key value in our service delivery since we began in 1987. Fairness, respect and recognizing the strengths and uniqueness of each person are paramount values that sustain each of our staff.

Accessibility Initiatives

Developing training through CCRW to provide Disability Confident Employer Training for employers throughout the FVRD, offering best practices in providing Customized Employment services, enhancing virtual connections through a Learning Management System, and other platforms to augment in-person contact.
