Guideline 3.2 : Make the placement and functionality of content predictable.
Full compliance with priority 3.1 means that all content be readable at a lower secondary school level. This guideline will take time to introduce as it requires all content to be re-written and presented in a plain English version.
Priority 4: Robust
Guideline 4.1 : Support compatibility with current and future user agents (including assistive technologies).
