Who We Are

We employ autistic folks to work in technology contracts or facilitate them into full time permanent employment in other tech teams. We provide all training and ongoing supports to both autistic employees and the teams who employ them.

Why We Are Involved

Our company was started to normalize neurodiversity in the workplace. The founder of our organization has two adult sons on the Spectrum and has spent her career in the tech industry. I got started in this area to help folks with speech and communication challenges, and eventually got involved with autism and employment supports specifically.
