Who We Are

Global Access and Inclusion Foundation (GAIF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusion, diversity and equity in local communities and across Canada. With a multidimensional approach to global health, GAIF closely collaborates with governments, employers and communities to understand and address health disparities.

Why We Are Involved

Employment is a key determinant of quality of life. Yet individuals continue to face barriers that prevent them from obtaining and maintaining optimum employment to live a meaningful life. Our vision is to improve the quality of life through improved access to resources. We therefore provide a business case through knowledge-translation, and collaborate with individuals, agencies and governments to dismantle disabling barriers and ensure employment inclusion for all who are ready, willing and able to work.
