Why we are involved
We didn’t get into inclusive employment because it’s a trend. We got into it because the system is broken — and we’ve seen the human cost of that firsthand.
Across Canada and globally, millions of talented people with disabilities want to work. Many are skilled, educated, and motivated. Yet the system keeps shutting them out — not because of lack of ability, but because hiring processes, platforms, and workplaces were never designed with accessibility in mind.
At the same time, employers are struggling with talent shortages, compliance pressure, and diversity goals — but they don’t have the right tools or infrastructure to hire inclusively at scale.
So both sides lose:
Talented people stay excluded from meaningful work. Employers miss out on capable, loyal employees. Governments spend more on support systems instead of enabling participation.
That’s not a people problem. That’s an infrastructure problem.
Accessibility initiatives
Enabled Talent (ET) is built accessibility-first. Our platform embeds inclusive hiring practices into the workflow, including accessible job postings, accommodation capture during application, bias-aware screening, and support through interview and onboarding.
We work with employers at any stage of their accessibility journey and help them move from intent to practical implementation.
