MindMosaic Inclusive HR

Who We Are

MindMosaic Inclusive HR, founded by Lisa Lewis, helps businesses build inclusive, high-performing workplaces that support all neurotypes. The company specializes in HR solutions, leadership development, workplace communication, and neurodiversity inclusion.

Using universal design, psychological safety, and equitable hiring practices, MindMosaic provides training, coaching, and tailored assessments to enhance team cohesion, productivity, and retention. Lisa’s approach blends storytelling, historical context, and the science of neurodivergence to create engaging, impactful learning experiences.

At its core, MindMosaic is about fostering connection, care, and humour in workplace culture, helping organizations break down barriers and empower every individual to thrive.

Why We Are Involved

I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a workplace where they feel valued, understood, and supported. My own experiences—both personal and professional—have shown me how traditional workplace structures often overlook the diverse ways people think, communicate, and work best. After being diagnosed with ADHD later in life and navigating neurodivergence in my own family, I saw firsthand the gaps in workplace inclusion and the need for real, meaningful change.

I started MindMosaic Inclusive HR because I wanted to help businesses move beyond checkbox diversity initiatives and implement practical, cost-effective strategies that make a real impact.

Inclusive employment isn’t just about fairness—it’s about unlocking potential. When people are supported in ways that align with their strengths, businesses thrive. Teams become more innovative, productive, and engaged.

This work matters to me because I’ve seen what happens when people are dismissed, misunderstood, or forced to fit into a rigid mould—and I’ve also seen the incredible transformations when workplaces embrace universal design, psychological safety, and neurodiversity-inclusive practices.

My goal is to help businesses and leaders create environments where everyone can contribute their best work and feel truly valued.

That’s why I do this work—it’s personal, it’s necessary, and it’s how we build better workplaces for the future.

Accessibility Initiatives

As a solo entrepreneur, I actively practice the same inclusive and accessible approaches that I promote, including:

Flexible and Neurodivergent-friendly Work Practices: Prioritize work structures that support different communication and processing styles, including asynchronous collaboration and sensory-friendly approaches.

Universal Design in Training & Services: Ensure that all educational materials, webinars, and coaching sessions accommodate diverse learning needs through multiple formats and delivery methods.

Psychological Safety & Inclusive Communication: Modeling clear and accessible communication practices that empower individuals to express themselves authentically.

Strengths-Based & Adaptive Approaches: Providing tailored tools and assessments that help individuals identify what works best for them rather than conforming to rigid structures.

Accessibility and grace are something I strive for daily.
