Who We Are

Since 1992 Mission Possible has walked alongside people challenged by homelessness and poverty. Through its Employment Readiness Program and social enterprises, Mission Possible is transforming lives by helping people experience a renewed sense of dignity and purpose through meaningful work.

As a leading community economic development agency, Mission Possible currently runs two social enterprises, MP Maintenance and MP Neighbours.

Why We Are Involved

We know that everyone has gifts and abilities to offer, but people are often excluded or overlooked because of a disability. We know the value and power of a job to provide a sense of purpose and belonging, and we want everyone who is seeking a job to find one.

Accessibility Initiatives

We have created a training program for those re-entering employment, support people with coaching, and utilize inclusive-hiring best practices, such as Untapped Talent.
