I hope this message finds you well. I invite you to participate in an important initiative – the Pledge to Measure with Accessible Employers.

The Pledge to Measure is a cornerstone campaign for Accessible Employers. It aims to assess and promote disability inclusion efforts within workplaces. It is an important tool to understand the current landscape of disability inclusion in BC and identify areas for improvement.

The survey consists of just two simple questions:

1. Do you self-identify with a disability?
2. Are you a senior leader?

We are in [YEAR X] of the Pledge to Measure survey within our organization. This initiative has helped us internalize and improve our policies.

Participating in the Pledge to Measure contributes to a movement towards greater inclusivity and equity in the workplace. Your insights will help shape strategies and initiatives that foster a more accessible and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities.
