Every day, the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and Yukon (CPHR BC & Yukon) propels the HR profession forward by supporting its members with education and advocacy.

We are the Voice of the HR Profession. The association is the grantor of the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in BC and the Yukon.

As a member of CPHR Canada, CPHR BC & Yukon contributes to setting and upholding the national standards for the CPHR.

As a strategic goal, we aim to influence and impact the HR profession, and communities at large, by embedding Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Reconciliation across our work.

HR professionals play a crucial role in building and leading a diverse, respectful and inclusive workplace culture that provides every employee with opportunities to grow, contribute and thrive within it. DEI has been pushed to the forefront of the leadership agenda with the rise of important movements and dialogue around inclusive leadership.
