Who We Are

All Purpose is a team of thirty-nine visual designers, art directors, UX engineers, developers, brand strategists, digital marketers, illustrators, producers, technologists, storytellers, video production, animators, creative director, and researchers driven to create work that drives positive change.

All Purpose began as IBM’s Center for Advanced Learning – data-driven and with a consumer marketing mindset – and our team of user experience designers, media producers, and front-end developers experimented to produce scalable, digital solutions that became core to IBM’s culture and transformation. In that capacity, we’ve won more awards than any other learning organization.

As a certified B Corporation, we work in the best interests of all of our stakeholders, including our employees and our community.
