New Pledge to Measure Logo — A Symbol of Intentional Inclusion and Progress
Every movement forward deserves a mark that reflects it.
Today, we’re proud to unveil the new Pledge to Measure logo, a visual symbol of progress, accountability, and our shared commitment to building workplaces where inclusion is intentional and measurable. Just as the Pledge itself guides organizations to quantify and improve disability inclusion, the new logo represents momentum, not just ideals, toward workplaces where everyone can thrive.
What Pledge to Measure Means
The Pledge to Measure is a Canada-wide initiative that empowers employers to measure and benchmark disability inclusion within their workplaces. By gathering disability self-disclosure data from employees, including senior leaders, participating organizations gain clarity on where they stand (Pledge To Measure, 2024), and where they can grow. These insights spark intentional action, strengthen culture, and help leaders and teams create workplace environments that truly reflect the abilities and contributions of all staff.
A Movement with Meaningful Impact
Since its launch, the Pledge to Measure has grown rapidly, with 74 organizations participating in 2025, collectively representing more than 94,000 employees. Of those, over 11,500 identified as employees with a disability, and 670 senior leaders disclosed having a disability, a powerful example of how measurement leads to visibility, (Pledge To Measure, 2025) understanding, and progress.
As the initiative continues to expand nationally, even more employers across sectors and regions will have the opportunity to join this measurable movement toward inclusion.
What Our Participants Are Saying
The impact of the Pledge to Measure goes beyond numbers, it changes how organizations perceive inclusion and make space for authentic belonging.
“Taking the Pledge to Measure has helped us better understand where we are in our inclusion journey and where we still have work to do. By looking at our workforce data and listening to our team, we’ve been able to take more intentional steps toward building a workplace that works for everyone.”
— Brandi Butts, Program Manager, Community Futures BC – Accessible Entrepreneurship Services
“The Pledge isn’t just about data. It’s a symbol of our commitment to accountability because we know the real change requires real measurement.”
— Alona Puehse, CEO, Open Door Group

These stories highlight how data becomes insight, and insight becomes intentional action, a step that distinguishes inclusive workplaces from those that simply aspire to be inclusive.
The Logo: A Mark of Purpose
The updated Pledge to Measure logo reflects this purpose — blending simplicity with symbolism. It’s a visual cue that inclusion, like quality practices and strong performance, is something we track, report on, and celebrate. Just as the Pledge guides employers to measure what matters, the logo stands as a reminder of our shared accountability and forward momentum.
Join the Movement
The new logo marks a beginning, not an end. Whether you are an employer who has already taken the Pledge, or you’re just beginning your journey toward measurable inclusion, this is your opportunity to be part of a national movement that champions transparency, accountability, and purposeful inclusion.
