Who We Are

Founded in Vancouver in 1987, Microserve is one of the largest privately held owned and operated IT services and solutions providers in Western Canada. Based in Burnaby, we have branches in Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, as well as a comprehensive services network across Canada.

Microserve is a market leader in the delivery of a wide range of information technology solutions and services, including our industry leading Managed Print Services (MPS) program to public sector and private organizations. We specialize in supporting geographically dispersed organizations who require technical expertise in deploying large fleets of devices.

Microserve delivers exceptional, enterprise-class service to our clients. We pride ourselves on strong, long-term relationships with our clients, who have supported us for many years and in some cases decades.

Some of our many clients include the Province of BC, the Government of Alberta, all BC Health Authorities, Alberta Health Services, WorkSafeBC, ICBC, BC Pensions Corporation, BC Liquor Distribution Branch, Alberta Energy Regulator, many municipalities including the City of Burnaby, City of Vancouver and City of Edmonton, and many educational organizations such as BCNET, University of Victoria, BCIT, University of Alberta and NAIT.
