Who We Are

BC WiN helps employers committed to workforce inclusion of people with disabilities, recruit and retain diverse talent.

We make it easy to be inclusive by recruiting on behalf of our employer partners, through a vast network of service organizations across the lower mainland.

We also build capacity within teams and organizations through training, coaching and other initiatives.

Why We Are Involved

Our team believes strongly in the value that an inclusive workforce brings to individuals, organizations and communities.

We saw an opportunity to use a recruitment model to connect career-oriented job seekers with disabilities/diverse abilities to employment. People are ‘recruited’ into a role, and not ‘placed’, though we recognize the value of both approaches depending on the individual. Inclusive Workforce Consultants work as Recruiters and have a Human Resources background with extensive professional experience, successfully bringing inclusive hiring initiatives into organizations in the past.

Our current Employer Partners include London Drugs, ICBC, Ledcor, Vancity, Canadian Western Bank, FedEx and other employers across the lower mainland. We believe it’s easy for an employer to be inclusive of people with disabilities when you combine intent, commitment, knowledge and a passion to make a difference for others.
