Inclusive Play and Panel Discussion – January 31, 2018
The annual PuSH Festival runs in Vancouver between January 30th and February 4th. Attracting and Retaining Talent During a Labour Shortage – February 1, 2018
On February 1, if you are a business owner/manager with an employee base between 10 – 100, and you are struggling to attract and retain talent during BC’s labour shortage, please join us for this special event.
The dialogue will focus on how to develop a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy, that mitigates the issue of a labour shortage by opening up an organizations access to an untapped talent pool.
The topics being discussed include:
- The successes you’ve seen in recruiting and retaining talent.
- The challenges you face in recruiting and retaining talent.
- Strategies to find, recruit and retain a diverse workforce.
- Tips to creating conversations that lead to an inclusive workplace.
